Placing an Order

Orders can be placed using the following methods:

  2. Online on social networks:

    • Send a message on Facebook or Instagram, and a consultant will assist you with the purchase process.

  3. Directly on the website:

    • Add desired products to your cart and follow the steps to complete the order.

    • Choose the delivery and payment method.

Confirm your order and you will receive an email with the purchase details.



Product Warranty

All MIMILUX jewelry benefits from a 1-year warranty, valid for all stainless steel and rhodium-plated silver models. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and allows the customer to request:

  • Repair of the product in case of defect within 14 days after purchase.

  • Replacement with a similar product.

  • Price reduction or refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

Exclusions from warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear from use.

  • Exposure to chemicals that may affect color and finish.

  • Damage resulting from improper use.

  • Interventions on the product performed by third parties.

To activate the warranty, proof of purchase is required.
