✔ Yes! Each Mimilux jewel comes with a 1-year warranty, valid for both silver and stainless steel jewelry. This covers manufacturing defects, offering the possibility of repair or replacement.

Warranty conditions:

• Upon purchase, the customer is obliged to check the product for any visible defects, shade differences, or shape imperfections. ❗ Any subsequent complaints regarding these aspects will not be accepted.
  
  
• The warranty applies only if the product is used in accordance with the care instructions.
  
  
• If a non-conformity is found within 30 days of delivery, the customer may request:
  ✔ Product repair
  ✔ Replacement with a similar product (if the product is no longer available, another product of the same value or a more expensive one can be chosen, by paying the difference).
  ✔ Price reduction (if the product cannot be replaced or repaired).
  ✔ Refund of the price and termination of the contract (in serious cases).
  
  

Exclusions from warranty:

The warranty does not cover and does not apply in case of:
❌ Normal wear and tear caused by use.
❌ Loss of original color due to exposure to chemical substances or prolonged contact with water, perfume, creams.
❌ Defects caused by improper use (excessive humidity, exposure to extreme temperatures, mechanical impact).
❌ Unauthorized interventions on the product (repairs performed by unauthorized persons).
❌ Improper transport (if not carried out by the seller).

✅ Non-customized products can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided they are unworn, in their original packaging, and show no signs of wear.

❌ Customized products (engraved with text, fingerprints, photos, logos, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically at the customer's request.

📌 Exceptions:

• In the event of a manufacturing defect, we offer repair, replacement, or refund according to warranty conditions.
